Village Green 1 Condominium

Village Green 1 is a 55 and older adult community consisting of 4 three story buildings in a quad.  In the center courtyard there is a heated pool and clubhouse.

There are 237 privately owned residences.  It is a no pet facility.  It is located on the corner of Purdy Lane and Kirk Road in Palm Springs, Florida.  The office is located on the third floor of the Dorchester building.  Office hours are 9 to 12 Monday through Friday.  All sales and rentals are screened and must be approved by the board of directors.  It is managed by Phoenix Management Services.
